The location is perfect, the interior design is modern, the breakfast (including the view from the restaurant) is awesome.

The view from my room was perfect (upgraded room). The rooftop bar and pool area was outstanding - really a great part of the stay. The staff was very nice and are VERY quick at cleaning off dishes on tables (make sure you leave something that shows you are not done 😉). The location is also amazing - restaurants, stores, and bars nearby. It is located on a main road with a small beach area right across the road.

Excellent location right across the road from a great swimming spot off a small pier/jetty. Rooms were kept clean and air conditioning was very effective.

Room was spacious and clean. Only one EU type power plug inside. Location is ok if you want to walk around the Balluta bay, everything else is a bit far (cca 2 km) or unfriendly for pedestrians (underground tunnel to Sliema, no pedestrian zones at streets). Breakfast is good, but they are removing the coffee machine first (just when 10 AM pass).

The location was lovely. Plenty of nice bars and cafes nearby. Bathroom.was excellemt, with clean towels provided daily The bed was firm.but comfortable. Safety deposit box was a good addition. The fridge and kettle are a great facility in the room. A few English channels on the TV as well. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options to choose from and the food was a good standaed. The dining area itself was spacious affording a lovely view of the sea. The pool on the roof and pool bar was a nice touch if you're a sun worshipper.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Bus stop right outside Hotel. We had a sea view room with balcony and the view is amazing right across the water.Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels. Air con was fab and needed especially at night as it was so hot. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and lots of tables and some with the same amazing view. Rooftop pool was great to cool down in with enough sunbeds and seats and pool bar was open for drinks. All the staff in Hotel were friendly and helpful. We were allocated a room on the first floor but asked if we could move to a higher room which the lovely lady on reception ( sorry cant remember her name) arranged for us the next day. We moved to the 6th floor which was a lot better with the amazing view. Would defo return here and ask for a higher floor when booking.

Lots to like; the buffet breakfast with a view of the sea was outstanding; many selections at breakfast to satisfy everyone and the hours were good whether you needed it early or late; sundeck on top of the hotel with rooftop pool (Note - not open 12 months of the year so ask depending on when you are going); staff fluent english; baggage storage with a combination operated door for added security; excellent location in Sliema; the room itself - excellent closet space - plastic seat for shower if required; shaving mirror; comfy bed; there is an interior window where "fresh air" can be allowed in via the shaft but sadly debatable how fresh it was and honestly it was just guest noise coming in; despite it being an interior room, the room itself was a decent size

"The room, location, and breakfast were absolutely delightful. The location is unparalleled, with everything conveniently nearby. The breakfast offered a generous selection of items, including a variety of warm dishes, cakes, cheeses, meats, and juices. While the juice was from a machine and not freshly squeezed—somewhat watery—it still provided everything one could desire for a satisfying start to the day. Our room was wonderfully peaceful, offering a charming view, and the air conditioning was most effective."
